DENVER: CSG® (NASDAQ: CSGS) announced today that it will no longer hold its third quarter 2025 earnings results call originally scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, due to the announcement earlier today that CSG has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by NEC, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. CSG is suspending all future quarterly earnings calls and will no longer be providing annual guidance.
