NEW YORK: Litify, the all‑in‑one legal platform powering legal’s top performers, today announced LitifyAI Damages Assistant, a new, fully native capability that automatically compiles medical record chronologies and reconciliation for plaintiff law firms. Delivered through a strategic partnership with Supio, a leading legal AI platform purpose-built for personal injury law, the solution helps law firms surface high‑value opportunities in complex medical records - then automates the next best action directly within Litify.

Manual medical record review remains one of the most labor-intensive and error-prone processes in personal injury case preparation. LitifyAI Damages Assistant ingests records and bills as they’re uploaded, uses AI to generate accurate, source‑linked medical chronologies, and organizes medical encounters and bills into a reconciled ledger - all saved back to the case file in Litify. From there, signals immediately trigger tasks, approvals, and workflows, so teams move from insight to action without leaving the platform.

“At Litify, we believe that AI belongs on the 'Platform of Action,’ where our clients’ data resides, processes flow, teams log in every day, and leaders make decisions. By thoughtfully integrating with Supio, we’re able to offer world-class AI-powered medical records processing directly within the Litify platform,” said Litify Chief Product Officer Lauren Rothrock. “And, as all data is stored to the proper records, our clients can set up custom alerts, reporting, next-best-action automations, and more. For example, a flagged injury, gap in treatment, or misdiagnosis can automatically create tasks, notify the right owners, and appear in real‑time reporting. We’re excited about Supio’s technology, but ultimately, we chose them as our partner based on rave reviews from our mutual customers.”

“The bottleneck for plaintiff firms isn’t just finding the needle in the haystack of thousands of pages of medical records; it’s also about taking timely next steps with that information,” said Supio CEO Jerry Zhou. “We’re thrilled about the strategic partnership with Litify, which will allow customers to leverage both of our cutting-edge technologies to uncover hidden value in their cases, and then swiftly take action on it.”

Law firms are facing significant pressure from rising marketing, customer acquisition, and talent retention costs. In this era, AI solutions that help boost efficiency, unlock teams’ potential, and ensure firms never leave money on the table are critical to their continued success and growth.
