SOMERSET, N.J.: SHI International, one of the world’s leading technology solutions providers, has been named Omdia’s 2025 Overall Partner of the Year for driving growth and innovation through key investments in the IT channel.

Over the past year, SHI has launched its state-of-the-art AI & Cyber Labs as a hub for rapid prototyping, advanced security testing, and enterprise-scale AI deployment, expanded its AI capabilities with a strategic investment into NStarX, and strengthened managed services with its acquisition of Locuz. These investments are designed to benefit SHI’s channel partners and customers, helping them innovate and scale with confidence while accelerating time-to-value for advanced technologies.

“SHI has demonstrated real excellence in the face of uncertain market conditions - notably, it has deepened its commitment to AI by opening its AI & Cyber Labs in New Jersey, while also strengthening key partnerships with major vendors such as AWS, NVIDIA, HPE and Vertiv,” said Rachel Brindley, Senior Research Director at Omdia. “Moreover, in 2025, SHI continues to invest in its managed services capabilities, supported by the integration of Locuz, and its commitment to driving sustainability is unwavering. Our congratulations go to the team at SHI for their continued excellence in a competitive IT ecosystem.”

SHI continues to push the boundaries of innovation by delivering turnkey AI solutions that solve real-world challenges. Through close collaboration with its channel partners, SHI is bringing to market advanced AI solution offerings including digital AI ambassadors, AI solutions for 508 compliance, and scalable frameworks for smart cities.

SHI earned the recognition through feedback from partners, distributors, and vendors. All nominations were carefully considered by Omdia’s most senior analysts, who conducted independent research into each company’s efforts and progress in relation to each category.

“This award is a testament to our ability to create collaborative opportunities that help partners expand capabilities, accelerate growth, and meet evolving customer needs with confidence,” said Kapil Bansal, Senior Vice President of Partner Management & Solutions at SHI. “By combining advanced AI solutions with a strong ecosystem approach, we enable the channel to lead in shaping the future of technology.”

As SHI continues to lead in channel innovation, it also remains committed to advancing sustainability, helping customers and partners achieve technology goals while supporting a greener future. This award reflects SHI’s progress, including validation of its science-based climate targets earlier this year, and builds on its 2024 Canalys Sustainability Channel Partner of the Year Award.
