FALLS CHURCH, Va.: BAE Systems has named Brad Pelachyk as its senior vice president and chief global supply chain officer, effective Dec. 20, 2025.
Reporting to BAE Systems, Inc. President and CEO Tom Arseneault, with a matrixed reporting line to BAE Systems plc CFO Brad Greve, Pelachyk will serve as the procurement leader for the global enterprise. Pelachyk will also serve as a member of the BAE Systems, Inc. senior leadership team.
Pelachyk will lead the company’s Global Supply Chain Organization and will chair the Global Supply Chain Council, to ensure the company’s supply chain remains strong and resilient and is able to deliver on its commitments to customers.
Pelachyk succeeds Ann Ackerson, who earlier this year announced her intention to retire.
“Brad’s leadership and expertise will position our supply chain team to continue advancing the growth and success of our business,” said Arseneault. “I also want to thank Ann for her many years of dedicated service to our company and congratulate her on a successful and distinguished career.”
Pelachyk brings more than 30 years of global procurement and supply chain experience to the role. Most recently he served as the company’s vice president of supply chain, overseeing operational efficiency across the value chain, emphasizing procurement savings, supplier risk mitigation, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining BAE Systems, Inc., Pelachyk held leadership roles at Thales Group and FIAT Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Northwood University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
