Program to Award $15,000 to Support Education and Career Paths in Iowa

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa: #Aureon--Aureon, a trusted technology solution provider of connectivity, managed IT, staffing & consulting services, and contact center solutions, is now accepting applications for its 2026 scholarship programs. With a mission to advance Iowa’s next generation of industry innovators, Aureon’s annual scholarships support high school juniors and seniors pursuing higher education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), as well as technology disciplines, at accredited Iowa institutions.

Established in partnership with Iowa’s Independent Telecommunications Companies (ITC), the Aureon ITC Scholarship gives preference to applicants from rural communities served by ITC providers, supporting those aiming for STEM majors. This year, a total of $10,000 is allocated for six winning students, with individual awards of $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000. Eligible students must reside in an ITC-served household, hold a minimum GPA of 3.33, and gain acceptance to an accredited institution within Iowa.

The Aureon Scholarship for Technology Students, meanwhile, supports juniors and seniors living in urban and metro communities directly served by Aureon. With $5,000 in total awards, it targets those planning to study technology disciplines. Candidates must hold a GPA of 3.00 or higher and commit to attending an accredited Iowa college, university, or technical school.
