ORLANDO, Fla.: Qualus Corporation (“Qualus”), a leading pure-play power solutions firm and innovator at the forefront of power infrastructure transformation, announced it has acquired Aquawolf, the transmission and distribution engineering subsidiary of Mammoth Energy focused on high-voltage transmission infrastructure. This acquisition adds to Qualus’ strong transmission and distribution engineering expertise with new offices in San Diego, Denver, and Vancouver, WA. The firm has strong expertise in grid modernization with services including transmission and distribution line routing, conceptual design, detailed engineering design, and construction support through all phases of the project life cycle.
