SAN FRANCISCO: MGT, a vertically AI-native neo-insurer built to modernize P&C commercial insurance for small businesses and their agents, today announced the addition of two strategic hires to its leadership team: Naydia Chantarasompoth has been named as Chief of Staff, and Annie Pratt has been appointed as Head of Growth Operations. Together, they will focus on building the infrastructure, cadence and cross-functional discipline needed to support MGT’s rapid growth and ongoing AI-driven innovation.

“As MGT continues to scale, we’re investing in the people who can help us operate with the same precision our technology delivers,” said Graham Topol, Co-Founder and Co-CEO at MGT. “Naydia and Annie both bring deep experience in building systems that turn vision into execution at scale - from the enterprise rigor of Google to the speed of high-growth startups.”

Chantarasompoth leverages over a decade’s worth of experience at Google, including on the staff of Alphabet’s President and Chief Investment Officer President Ruth Porat, and in an executive capacity on Google’s AI division, Gemini. At MGT, she will lead strategic planning and execution across finance, operations, and executive initiatives.

“MGT is building something rare: a tech company that understands insurance at its core,” said Naydia Chantarasompoth, Chief of Staff at MGT. “I’m excited to help scale our operations with clarity and help the company deliver dependable AI-based solutions to agents and small businesses everywhere.”

Pratt joins as Head of Growth Operations after serving in multiple executive roles, including most recently as President of NXU (FKA Atlis Motors), a public company building fast-charging electric vehicle battery tech. As Head of Growth Operations at MGT, Pratt will oversee revenue operations and scalable process design across distribution, marketing, and customer success.

“MGT’s vision of a neo-insurer that moves fast and operates responsibly is what drew me here,” said Annie Pratt, Head of Growth Operations at MGT. “I’m excited to help turn that vision into scalable systems that let our teams deliver for agents every day.”

The addition of Chantarasompoth and Pratt follows a period of accelerated expansion for MGT, whose AI-powered commercial platform now spans 43 states and D.C. MGT additionally recently announced its $21.6 million Series B funding round that will fuel MGT’s mission to deliver smarter, faster, and more accessible insurance coverage for small businesses across the U.S. The company continues to build its vertical-AI stack to deliver a radically better experience for brokers and insureds.
