WALTHAM, Mass.: CallMiner, the global leader in AI-powered conversation intelligence and customer experience (CX) automation, has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in the 18th annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. This is the fourth time that CallMiner has made the list, and is ranked 22nd in the medium-size companies category, up four places from 2024.

“Business success is built on the foundation of a strong, inspired team,” said Jeff Gallino, CEO and founder of CallMiner. “At CallMiner, we embrace diverse perspectives, practice radical candor, and build trust through transparency, because we know collaboration makes us stronger. Being recognized again as one of Massachusetts’ top workplaces is a testament to the culture and positive environment we’ve worked hard to build – one where every voice matters, wins are celebrated, and innovation thrives.”

CallMiner aims to build a positive, supportive workplace that prioritizes employee well-being, work-life balance, and a strong sense of belonging. To help its team perform at their best, the company offers flexible work options, inclusive employee resource groups, and evolving benefits and programs that meet the needs of staff and their families. Benefits include high-quality medical coverage, 401k matching, generous paid time off – including time for volunteering and professional development – parental and caretaker leave, reimbursements for fitness and tuition, and more.

“When employees feel valued, they’re motivated to do their best, and that’s the ultimate win-win for everyone at the 175 organizations that made this year’s Top Places to Work list,” said Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Places to Work editor.

Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best - their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay, benefits, and engagement.

The rankings in Top Places to Work are based on confidential survey information collected by Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention, from more than 120,000 employees at 314 Massachusetts organizations. The winners are constantly working to improve their workplaces, from rethinking performance reviews to holding business etiquette classes, and offer generous perks such as free onsite child care, financial coaching, and fishing trips.
