GAINESVILLE, Fla.: Matador AI has been named one of the fastest-growing tech companies in North America, earning the 238th position on Deloitte’s 2025 Technology Fast 500™ ranking. The recognition comes in large part thanks to Matador AI’s 339 percent revenue growth from 2021 to 2024, and marks the company’s first appearance on the renowned ranking.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ program identifies the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies across the continent. Winners are selected based on percentage fiscal year revenue growth and must meet strict eligibility criteria, including owning proprietary technology and generating more than $5 million in annual revenues.

Matador AI’s ranking highlights the accelerating adoption of its proprietary conversational AI platform, built specifically for automotive dealerships. Designed to solve real operational challenges, the platform automates sales and service conversations across channels including phone, web, text, social, and email. Matador AI’s sales and service agents book and confirm appointments, follow up with leads, answer customer questions, and keep shoppers engaged throughout the ownership lifecycle, while integrating seamlessly with dealer systems.

“This achievement reaffirms what we have seen throughout our work in the industry,” said Nick Cossette, Co-Founder and CEO of Matador AI. “Dealerships are shifting from viewing AI as an experiment to relying on it as core infrastructure. Our growth is the result of a deliberate long-term focus – building AI that reflects how dealerships work, solving mission-critical problems such as missed calls, under-followed leads, staffing gaps, and delivering measurable impacts on appointments, repair orders, and revenue.”

Matador AI’s momentum continues to accelerate as dealers seek deeper automation, greater efficiency, and consistent customer engagement across the entire sales and service aspects of their businesses. The company’s upcoming innovations focus on expanding coverage across every customer touchpoint, strengthening OEM and automotive group partnerships, and releasing next-generation AI agents with enhanced analytics, intelligence, and workflow automation.

“What we are seeing across dealerships is that AI delivers real impact when it’s implemented through partnership,” said Joshua Bagley, Head of After-Sales. “Our After-Sales team works directly with stores to align the technology with their sales and service processes, support staff, and ensure the AI reflects how each dealership operates day to day. That level of collaboration is why dealer groups continue to expand with us. They aren’t just adopting a tool – they’re gaining a partner that is committed to helping their teams perform at a higher level and creating a more consistent customer experience across every rooftop.”
