Cassity succeeds Dr. Hisham Mahmoud, who serves as Executive Chairman of the Board and as Interim CEO and will continue in his role as Executive Chairman. Cassity joins Consor with more than 35 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including holding executive leadership roles in complex, scaled organizations. His previous roles include leading the Global Roads and Highways division and serving as Executive Vice President of the Global Infrastructure business of Parsons Corporation and serving as President of Patrick Engineering. He has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer.
