The award recognizes Onto Innovation’s achievements leveraging artificial intelligence technologies in process control applications

WILMINGTON, Mass.: $ONTO--Onto Innovation Inc. (NYSE: ONTO) today announced the Company has received the “Excellent Production Support” award from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd (TSMC) as part of its initiative recognizing the outstanding contributions of its global suppliers.

Onto Innovation achieves ongoing success in integrating machine learning and predictive analytics into its metrology and inspection systems, which increases productivity for its customers. TSMC saluted Onto Innovation for supporting its 2025 deliveries through proactive supply chain management and manufacturing agility.

The award was presented by Cliff Hou, senior vice president and deputy co-chief operating officer and chief information security officer of TSMC, and accepted by Ramil Yaldaei, chief operating officer of Onto Innovation, during a ceremony on November 25.
