SYDNEY: Thredd, the leading next-generation global payments processor, today announced the successful launch of their first program alongside Paywith, a leading payment orchestration platform.

By combining Paywith’s payment orchestration technology with Thredd’s local market expertise and scalable infrastructure, the partnership enables businesses to launch flexible, customer-centric card programs with speed and confidence.

The program currently live on Thredd’s platform supports a large-scale retail loyalty and rewards use case, enabling customers to earn and redeem value seamlessly through a prepaid card experience. Since launch, the program has seen rapid uptake, reflecting strong consumer engagement and demand for more intelligent, integrated payment experiences.

“Paywith is a sophisticated player with deep global payments experience, and they evaluated the full market before choosing Thredd,” said Damien Gough, Head of Asia Pacific, Thredd. “What stood out was our ability to combine robust APIs, local Australian market knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs quickly. This partnership reinforces Thredd’s position as the processor of choice for orchestrators and program managers building differentiated card propositions.”

Through Thredd’s platform, Paywith is utilizing a full suite of capabilities, including tokenization, digital wallets, fraud and transaction monitoring, 3DS, push provisioning, and gateway processing, enabling Paywith to maintain complete data visibility while scaling programs efficiently, and best-in-class security to end-users.

“Thredd’s technology and delivery model allowed us to move fast without compromising on control or flexibility,” said Andrew Lackie, CEO, Paywith “Their support, responsiveness, and understanding of the local payments ecosystem were key factors in bringing this program live and positioning us for future growth.”

The partnership underscores Thredd’s continued momentum in Australia and its ability to win competitive deals with payments-savvy partners seeking speed-to-market, reliability, and extensibility. Additional programs between Thredd and Paywith are expected as Paywith continues to expand its portfolio of card-based solutions.
