Genon Global Indonesia” in Jakarta. The move marks the official launch of its market expansion to drive AI transformation (AX) worldwide.

Tae Ryong Kim, the company's Head of Global Business Development, who spearheaded its international market exploration, has been appointed as President and Managing Director of the subsidiary.

The new office signals not merely a geographic expansion, but the culmination of a three-year global strategy. Since 2023, Genon has steadily built its international footprint by successfully executing Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for its Vision AI-powered automated quality inspection solutions. These projects targeted shoe manufacturing plants operated by major Korean and global fashion brands. By last year, these efforts had translated into substantial revenue, proving both the technological competitiveness and profitability of the business model.

Indonesia's industrial sector is expanding rapidly, yet its AI solutions supply chain remains nascent - a structural gap Genon identified early and has moved decisively to fill.
