PITTSBURGH: Life Science Connect (“LSC”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Don Hawk to its Board of Directors. LSC is a portfolio company of Latticework Capital Management and Edgehill Management.

LSC, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, operates digital communities and events serving professionals across the life sciences, bringing together industry stakeholders to share knowledge and build connections across research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization.

Mr. Hawk is a seasoned executive in B2B marketing and sales intelligence. He co-founded TechTarget in 1999, which became a market leader in connecting technology companies with active buyers and decision makers. In his 26-year tenure as President and later as Executive Director of Product Innovation, Mr. Hawk helped grow the firm into a publicly held global leader widely respected for its editorial and data-driven insights, relentless customer success focus, and innovative customer solutions. He serves on the Board of Informa TechTarget (NASDAQ: TTGT), which today operates over 200 technology-targeted online properties, employs nearly 2,000 professionals, and services over 7,500 customers. He also serves on the Board of Farm Journal Media, a market leader in connecting buyers and sellers in the agricultural space. Mr. Hawk brings LSC extensive experience in managing for growth and scale, developing a robust product portfolio, and identifying strategic growth opportunities through acquisitions.

Mr. Hawk joins the Board as LSC continues to expand its data and analytics capabilities in response to growing demand for measurable, insight-driven marketing solutions. His work with TechTarget’s intent data solutions will support our development of analytical and lead activation services that will drive more meaningful connections.
