ATLANTA: #AI--Following the acquisition of Addepto by KMS Technology, Leo Tucker, CEO of KMS Technology, and Artur Haponik, CEO of Addepto, share the strategic rationale behind the partnership and how the combined organization is delivering greater value to global enterprises.

THE ACQUISITION STORY

What can KMS Technology and Addepto now deliver together that would have been difficult independently?

Leo Tucker: Addepto needed to complement its strength in data and AI with broader digital engineering services, while KMS Technology needed to deepen its data and AI capabilities. Together, we now provide a more complete, end-to-end suite of services with significantly stronger data and AI expertise.

Artur Haponik: By combining our strengths, we can deliver AI and Big Data projects from ideation through implementation, seamlessly integrating both AI components and the supporting software - something difficult for either company to achieve independently.

ADDRESSING CLIENT CHALLENGES

What challenges do enterprises face when moving AI into production?

Leo Tucker & Artur Haponik: The biggest challenge remains creating AI solutions that are genuinely useful to end users, ensuring that AI results are reliable, consistent, and free from excessive errors or hallucinations.

As a combined organization, we strongly emphasise on delivering solutions that create real business value for our clients. Our approach starts with understanding the strategic goals and identifying where AI can have the greatest impact. From there, we design and develop solutions iteratively, testing them with real users and refining them based on feedback.

Equally important is our integrated delivery model. Instead of clients having to coordinate between multiple teams, which can create delays, miscommunication, or misaligned priorities, our partnership brings together AI expertise and engineering execution under one cohesive workflow. This ensures faster delivery, higher quality, and solutions that are both technically sound and directly aligned with business outcomes.

MARKET DIFFERENTIATION

What differentiates the combined offering in today’s crowded AI landscape?

Leo Tucker: KMS Technology chose to acquire Addepto in part because of their deep and established experience - having focused on AI for over seven years. Their level of depth and experience differentiates KMS Technology from other software engineering firms.

Artur Haponik: At Addepto, 97% of our team are AI engineers, with extensive experience delivering enterprise AI solutions. We believe this partnership will create exponential value - where 1 + 1 = 4. We will continue investing in advancing our AI and data capabilities, including through our Databricks partnership, to deliver solutions that are both technically robust and business-focused.

LOOKING AHEAD

What advice would you give enterprise leaders scaling AI responsibly?

Leo Tucker: Start with the business problem, not the technology. When organizations focus on clearly defined objectives, it becomes much easier to develop solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes.

Artur Haponik: And work with partners who have real-world experience delivering AI in production. That expertise can make the difference between a promising prototype and a solution that drives measurable business impact at scale.
