DENVER: At Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2026, Render Networks, a leader in critical infrastructure execution and intelligence software, today announced ClearWay, a radical agentic AI architecture designed for dynamic, scalable execution. ClearWay enables infrastructure operators and constructors to deploy technologies with minimal friction and significantly reduced decision delays.

As infrastructure investment accelerates across fiber broadband, electric grid modernization, distributed energy, and AI-driven data center expansion, capital discipline has emerged as a defining concern. Traditional methods of data analysis and manual decision-making often hamper progress; consequently, deployment risk now translates directly into capital risk. Operators, utilities, and builders must reduce variance, accelerate cash conversion, and establish audit-grade accountability across increasingly complex, multi-asset deployments.

Render has steadily expanded its footprint as the system of execution for critical infrastructure. The platform transforms design data into live scopes of work, captures verified field progress in real-time, and reconciles workflows to maintain financial integrity - ultimately producing defensible as-built records that flow seamlessly into operations. Originally established in telecommunications, Render now supports electric utilities and multi-utility environments where construction accuracy is a direct prerequisite for operational reliability.

ClearWay represents the next evolution of that platform.

Rather than a collection of isolated AI features, ClearWay operates across a federated system of specialized agents designed to operate autonomously within strict identity, policy, and audit controls. Built for infrastructure environments where governance is non-negotiable, ClearWay advances automation without eroding engineering authority.

Each agent operates with a uniquely defined degree of autonomy, managed identity and least-privilege access. As additional ClearWay agents are introduced, the system supports progressively higher levels of autonomy, bounded by deterministic guardrails derived from user-defined operational policies. The result is seamless decision making underpinned by controlled, auditable automation that preserves first-order accountability while also enabling meaningful scale.

The first release of ClearWay scheduled for release this Spring, will introduce field assurance and work approval capabilities across telecom and electric deployments:

  • The assurance agent: Validates field-captured evidence against planned work in real-time, ensuring accuracy before crews leave the site.
  • The approval agent: Autonomously approves work based on a correlation of work type, planned vs. actual units, photos, and test results. When predefined criteria are met, the agent processes the approval and escalates exceptions only when human review is required.

By ensuring work is correct and defensible at the point of execution, ClearWay is designed to accelerate design to build lead times, reduce construction rework, accelerate closeout, and improve working capital velocity. This is particularly vital in broadband and grid modernization environments, where construction accuracy directly impacts serviceability, network reliability, and regulatory compliance.

“ClearWay builds directly on our role as the system of execution for critical infrastructure,” said Stephen Rose, CEO of Render Networks. “We have always focused on ensuring that work in the field becomes verified operational truth. The next step is ensuring that truth drives disciplined, governed and rapid action across the lifecycle. As capital efficiency becomes central to telecom and electric infrastructure, automation must ensure rapid decisions are made well to reinforce control and accountability. ClearWay is designed to do exactly that.”

ClearWay is the newest pillar of the Render platform, designed to complement ClearSight, Render’s business intelligence and advanced analytics layer. Together, these pillars move teams from reactive execution to predictive infrastructure deployment by pairing agentic, next best action execution with the deep portfolio insights required to optimize capital at scale.

Looking ahead, Render will introduce additional specialized agents within the ClearWay architecture, spanning:

  • Lifecycle management and financial reconciliation
  • Service activation and operational monitoring
  • Predictive maintenance and sustainability governance

Operating as a coordinated autonomous system, these agents will continuously align field activity, financial performance, and operational readiness under a single, auditable system of execution. Render will continue to share details on ClearWay’s capabilities and availability as the Spring release approaches.

About Render Networks

Render Networks is the system of record for verified infrastructure truth, enabling predictable, capital-efficient deployment of fiber, wireless, power, and water infrastructure. Built field-first, Render transforms design data into a live, executable scope of work - capturing verified field progress in real time, reconciling work against payment and closeout criteria, and producing audit-grade as-built records that protect margin and working capital at scale. The result is faster time to revenue, stronger margins, and the kind of operational certainty that infrastructure operators, owners, and capital partners can stake decisions on.
