Agentic Feeds automates AI-ready product feeds and readies retailers for agentic commerce as OpenAI, Google, and others expand shopping protocols
NEW YORK: Botify, the leading platform for AI discoverability and agentic commerce, today announced the launch of Agentic Feeds, expanding its platform to help brands be found and win in the emerging agentic commerce landscape. The new product automates the creation and delivery of AI-optimized product feeds, which are becoming foundational to how brands are discovered, evaluated, and selected by AI agents.
This announcement follows OpenAI's news shared today, highlighting how quickly AI is reshaping digital commerce. AI shopping agents are becoming the gatekeepers between brands and consumers, changing how products are discovered. Botify data shows AI bot traffic to retail sites increased 5.4x in 2025, while consumer adoption continues to rise, with 73% using AI assistants and 38% already using it for shopping tasks.
Surging bot traffic tells only part of the story - being crawled is no longer enough. As platforms introduce new protocols for agent-driven shopping like OpenAI’s Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) and Google’s Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP), brands face new requirements for how product data is structured, surfaced, and delivered. This creates a visibility gap. Legacy product feeds lack the depth and adaptability required by emerging AI protocols, leaving even high-quality products underrepresented or excluded from AI-driven recommendations, costing brands revenue, limiting discoverability, and ceding competitive advantage to those better optimized for AI search.
