E2E Soccer is the software backbone of competitive youth soccer in Canada, powering how leagues run their competitions and work with referees. In 2025, E2E Soccer supported over 100 leagues, 7,500 teams, and 120,000 games across Canada.

The acquisition brings E2E Soccer together with PowerUp Sports to form Canada's only full-stack soccer technology platform. Together, these companies deliver a best-in-class experience to the soccer community, from the moment a player registers at their club to the final whistle of a league match.
