SYDNEY: NetDocuments, the #1 trusted intelligent Document Management System (DMS) for legal professionals, today announced the appointment of Kaleb Holden as Head of Asia-Pacific (APAC), reinforcing NetDocuments commitment to the market and positioning the company for continued growth across the region.

Kaleb has more than seven years of experience at NetDocuments, working with legal professionals to enhance document management and security, and to adopt AI in a responsible way. His appointment comes as the company continues to build momentum across Australia, New Zealand and the broader APAC region. A growing number of firms and legal teams of all sizes, including more recently McCullough Robertson, McInnes Wilson and Norman Waterhouse, are using NetDocuments to improve productivity, collaboration and information governance.

Across APAC, a growing number of law firms and legal departments are choosing NetDocuments to securely embed AI into everyday legal work. By bringing AI directly into core workflows, legal professionals can more easily access, apply and act on firm knowledge, helping them work more efficiently and deliver better outcomes for clients.

“I’m passionate about helping law firms and corporate legal departments enhance client service, and look forward to working closely with our customers and partners in APAC,” Kaleb said. “We’re seeing strong demand for practical, secure AI that fits naturally into how legal teams already work. Our focus is on helping firms turn that potential into real results, by enhancing client service and driving meaningful innovation.”

Kaleb will chair a panel, “Beyond Integrations: Connected Workflows that Deliver Real Outcomes,” at Legal Innovation & Tech Fest in Sydney. The session will feature speakers from NetDocuments customers Hicksons and McCullough Robertson, sharing real-world perspectives on delivering value through connected legal workflows. The event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Sydney from 12:15–12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, 29 April. https://www.legalfestival.com/.
