BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.: eGrowcery, a leading white-label eCommerce, fulfillment and shopper engagement platform for grocers and other retailers, announced Anne Feder, Senior Vice President of Client Growth, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Women Grocers of America (WGA). The WGA is a professional development network supported by the National Grocers Association (NGA) Foundation dedicated to advancing women in independent grocery.

“Anne has been a visible and compelling voice for independent grocers, particularly when it comes to using technology to deepen relationships with shoppers and create more resilient businesses,” said NGA Foundation Vice President, Chelsea Matzen. “Her understanding of how digital platforms can support local operators, combined with her commitment to mentoring women at every stage of their careers makes her an ideal addition to our Board. We are thrilled to have her leadership and perspective helping to guide WGA’s programs in the years ahead.”

Women Grocers of America provides education, networking and leadership development for women across all areas of the independent grocery industry, from store-level operators to senior executives and owners. Feder brings her experience helping independent retailers use digital commerce and data-driven engagement to drive growth and strengthen community connections.

Feder said she is honored to join WGA’s Board at a time when many independents are redefining how they serve their communities. “Women Grocers of America has become a powerful catalyst for connection and growth in our industry, and I’ve seen first-hand how its programs and peer networks can change the trajectory of a career,” she said.

She has been recognized as a Top Women in Grocery honoree and as a Women in Supply Chain award winner for her leadership in helping grocers use technology to drive results while building inclusive, high-performing teams.
