Olympus™new capabilities enable private equity firms to automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and unlocking intelligence

NEW YORK: #AIWorkflows--Haptiq, an AI-native enterprise solutions company today announced the release of new AI workflow capabilities within its Olympus™ Alternative Investment Platform (“Olympus™”), designed to help private equity firms accelerate decision-making, automate complex operational processes, and unlock portfolio intelligence to drive repeatable value creation.

Built specifically for alternative investment organizations, the new Olympus™ capabilities transform fragmented operational and financial data into unified, AI-driven workflows. By combining document intelligence, agent orchestration, and real-time analytics, Olympus™ enables investment teams to move from manual analysis and reactive reporting to automated execution and predictive insight.

“Private equity firms increasingly recognize that operational alpha requires better intelligence and faster execution,” said Alon Tvina, CEO of Haptiq. “These new Olympus™ capabilities embed AI directly into investment and operational workflows, allowing firms to turn enterprise data into actionable insight and drive measurable performance.”

Key capabilities include:

  • Agentic workflows across enterprise systems: Olympus™ connects and orchestrates AI agents across the enterprise technology stack used by private equity firms and portfolio companies, including HRIS, finance and expense systems, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and reporting environments, creating intelligent workflows that turn insight into action automatically.
  • Document intelligence: Converts unstructured documents such as reports, agreements, and operational files into structured, searchable data that powers investment and operational workflows.
  • RAG-as-a-Service: Built-in retrieval-augmented generation enables context-aware insights and responses without the need for complex AI infrastructure.
  • Financial and credit intelligence: Securely ingests and analyzes financial and credit performance data across companies, enabling cross-company comparisons and deeper portfolio insight while maintaining strict privacy and compliance standards.
  • Unified AI assistant: A single AI interface coordinates multiple agents and data sources to generate insights and execute workflows, reducing time to insight for investment and operating teams.
  • Real-time Text-to-SQL analytics: Enhanced onboarding and context mapping enable accurate, real-time reporting and analytics directly from enterprise data sources.

Additional capabilities under development include an embeddable AI widget for contextual workflow automation, simplified onboarding and context capture, and advanced multi-agent orchestration.

The new Olympus™ capabilities are available immediately for enterprise deployment and are designed to integrate securely with existing enterprise systems while scaling across portfolios, teams, and operating environments.
