Program focuses on “More uptime. Fewer service calls.” through tiered operator certification for the REVORIA PRESS™ Series
HANOVER PARK, Ill.: FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Business Innovation Division, today announced the launch of the FUJIFILM Customer Advantage Service Training (CAST), a scalable self-service program that is designed to empower print providers to maintain peak performance of their REVORIA PRESS™ units every day. CAST provides press owners and/or operators with specialized training and education to handle approved routine maintenance and select part replacement directly, ensuring more uptime and better operational control.
Developed for environments where uptime matters, the CAST program provides a structured, hands-on learning experience conducted directly at each customer’s facility. With three certification levels of training – Basic, Intermediate and Advanced - the program is designed to progressively train up to two certified operators per unit and enable them to respond immediately to routine service needs and, depending on the level of certification obtained, replace more than 20 common serviceable items.
“In high-demand production environments, every minute of uptime is a competitive advantage,” said Yuji Oki, general manager, FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Business Innovation Division. “Fujifilm understands the impact even minor service interruptions can have on our customers’ schedules, operating costs and, most importantly, relationships. CAST isn't about replacing the expert support Fujifilm is known for, it’s about a partnership that keeps our customers’ presses production-ready without delay and enables them to thrive in a challenging environment.”
Routine maintenance needs or common part replacements generally force production teams to pause operations while waiting for external service support. By training operators to handle routine tasks, the CAST program is designed to create a predictable maintenance rhythm, lower the total cost of ownership, and reduce waste. Structured to work in tandem with existing Fujifilm service and support agreements, CAST affords our customers greater day-to-day control over their press’ operations while preserving access to certified technicians for complex service needs.
To ensure operator success, Fujifilm’s CAST program provides participants with a comprehensive support package, including:
The CAST program is currently available for the REVORIA PRESS PC1120. Interested print providers can apply for the program by calling (800) 877-0555 or visiting https://www.print-us.fujifilm.com.
