MANILA, Philippines: Foundever®, the next-generation service leader reinventing customer experience (CX), today announced that Eppie Titong III has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC), excluding India.

Eppie brings over 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing, including leading operations of over 20,000 employees across multiple sites in the Philippines and overseeing delivery across India and Egypt. He has a strong track record of driving performance, scaling operations and improving consistency across complex, multi-market environments. He will be based in the Philippines.
