Annual awards recognize global organizations advancing critical event management, business resilience, and digital operations through innovation and continuous improvement

VIENNA, Va.: Everbridge, Inc., the global leader in High Velocity Critical Event Management (CEM) and national public warning solutions, today announced the recipients of the 2026 Excellence in Resilience Awards, presented during a special ceremony at Discover Resilience, the company’s annual customer conference held April 19–22 in Chicago.

The Excellence in Resilience Awards recognize organizations that have excelled in critical event management and organizational resilience. This year’s honorees were selected for optimizing operations, embracing innovation, and building more mature, scalable resilience programs.

Each award winner was recognized for a distinct contribution:

  • Dell Technologies was recognized for its long-standing leadership in critical event management and its deep integration of High Velocity CEM into global security operations, helping Dell anticipate risk, protect people, and support business continuity across a complex global workforce and supply chain.
  • Aon was honored for its mature, people-first resilience and duty of care program, which uses Everbridge 360 Enterprise, Travel Risk Management, BC in the Cloud, and xMatters to support employees globally through proactive alerts, wellness checks, and follow-the-sun coverage.
  • Energy Transfer was recognized for its comprehensive business continuity and IT disaster recovery program, using BC in the Cloud to manage department plans, ITDR runbooks, testing, automated plan updates, and reporting across major events and critical operations.
  • Diebold Nixdorf was honored for expanding BC in the Cloud into an enterprise-wide knowledge governance solution, helping teams respond more consistently to audits, RFIs, RFPs, customer inquiries, and regulatory demands.
  • Sony PlayStation was recognized for advancing digital operations through its integration of xMatters and BigPanda AIOps, streamlining incident response, improving issue detection, and enabling teams to focus faster on resolving critical issues.
  • Global Payments was honored for its advanced use of xMatters’ ServiceNow integration, and automation to improve incident promotion, notification, escalation, and response across a mature incident management program.
