New AI assistant built into RTA Fleet360 helps public-sector and enterprise fleet teams get answers from their live operational data without building reports, exporting spreadsheets, or relying on external AI tools

GLENDALE, Ariz.: RTA, The Fleet Success Company, today announced the general availability of Ron360, a conversational AI assistant built directly into RTA Fleet360. Ron360 enables users to ask questions about their fleet data and receive immediate answers.

As artificial intelligence becomes a growing expectation across enterprise software, fleet organizations are looking for faster and more intuitive ways to access operational, financial, and compliance information without having to navigate multiple screens, build reports, create dashboards, or rely on power users who know where information lives inside their system.

Ron360 solves for this. Available from anywhere in RTA Fleet360, Ron360 allows users to ask questions the way they would ask a colleague. Responses can include text explanations, charts, sortable data tables, and cited documentation, all governed by each user’s existing permissions. Early customer feedback highlights both the productivity and governance benefits of bringing AI directly into the fleet management environment. Brenton Messner, Fleet Services Supervisor for the City of Las Vegas, found that Ron360 "has easily saved 10+ hours of manual data research in the short period of time we've had access." Messner also noted that having an in-product AI system "provides fewer opportunities for sensitive data to accidentally end up in the wrong hands," a meaningful distinction for public-sector organizations managing sensitive fleet information.

While many organizations have experimented with external AI tools, those approaches typically require exporting data into separate platforms, creating additional steps and introducing potential governance and security concerns. Ron360 brings AI directly into the fleet management workflow.

"Many fleets struggle to leverage their data because they lack the skills, time, or resources to access it quickly and reliably," said Marc Canton, Vice President of Fleet Strategy at RTA Fleet. "Ron360 helps solve that by reducing the time required to find information, lowering training barriers for new users, and helping fleet professionals make faster, more informed decisions. Whether you're evaluating a repair, identifying opportunities for efficiency, or making a strategic investment decision, you simply ask the question and get the answer. That's a meaningful shift from navigating software to having a conversation with your fleet assistant."

Unlike many AI applications entering the market, Ron360 was built with the accountability requirements of fleet organizations in mind. Every answer includes visibility into how the response was generated and which sources were used. Responses are governed by existing user permissions, and Ron360 is read-only by design, ensuring fleet professionals remain in control of decisions and actions.

Key launch highlights include:

  • Answers generated from Fleet360 operational data rather than generic AI training data
  • Fleet, maintenance, parts, and cost insights delivered through natural-language questions
  • Charts and sortable data tables that help visualize trends and performance
  • The ability to save any Ron360 response as a live dashboard widget that refreshes automatically
  • Faster onboarding and easier access to information through a conversational experience
  • Transparent answer validation through source attribution and response visibility
  • Administrative oversight through permission controls and AI usage monitoring

"Ron360 is a foundational shift in how fleets organize and interact with their data," said Josh Turley, CEO of RTA Fleet. "Fleet organizations have spent decades investing in systems that store and report information. Ron360 is the foundational step toward a future where fleet management software doesn't just collect data, but becomes the platform used to automate routine work, make intelligent recommendations, and reduce the effort required to keep public fleets running smoothly.”

Ron360 represents the first step in the company’s long-term vision to embed AI throughout the fleet management experience. Over time, RTA Fleet360 will help organizations move beyond simply tracking activity to identifying trends, highlighting emerging issues, and recommending actions based on operational data, fleet management best practices, and organizational goals.

Ron360 is included with every Fleet360 plan and is available beginning June 11, 2026. Access is enabled and controlled by tenant administrators, who manage user permissions, monitor usage, and maintain full oversight of how Ron360 is used across their organization.
