MIAMI: Precision IO Group, the parent company of NeuWave Medical and Quantum Surgical, will present at the Society of Robotic Surgery (SRS) Annual Meeting in Hollywood, Florida, July 22–26, 2026, on booth #325. At the meeting, interventional radiology leaders Prof. Dr. Sean Tutton, MD, Professor of Radiology and Orthopedics, and Dr. Govindarajan Narayanan, MD, FSIR, Professor of Radiology and Chief of Interventional Oncology and the first physician to treat a patient with Epione in the United States, will discuss clinical use of the Epione® robotic ablation platform, and Precision IO Group CEO Kurt Azarbarzin was invited to join the Investor Session as a panelist.

Precision IO Group Inc. is a pioneering interventional oncology company formed through the combination of Quantum Surgical and NeuWave Medical, two leaders in the medical device industry. By integrating robotics, artificial intelligence, and remote-enabled interventions, the Group brings global capabilities to advance minimally invasive cancer care.

The SRS Annual Meeting brings together surgeons, researchers, and industry leaders advancing robotic-assisted surgery. At this year’s meeting, Precision IO Group will present Epione® - a robotic platform that unites CT-guided planning, AI-assisted targeting, and robotic needle guidance to help physicians reach tumors that are difficult to access and treat them through a single skin puncture. By bringing robotic precision to percutaneous tumor ablation, Epione® is designed to help clinicians plan and target with the consistency that complex cases demand. Precision IO will also share its vision for remote intervention - a program in development that aims to extend interventional expertise to patients beyond the centers where it is concentrated today.

Through this program, Precision IO is developing telerobotics capabilities designed to reduce geographic barriers to enable expert cancer care. The program’s initial focus is remote trajectory planning and results assessment using Epione, with the goal of providing expert care to patients anywhere. Remote intervention capabilities are in development and are not available for commercial use.

"It’s an honor to be at SRS alongside two interventional radiology leaders who will share firsthand how Epione has improved their day-to-day practice to reach more patients,” said Kurt Azarbarzin, CEO of Precision IO Group. “Today, subspecialty expertise in tumor ablation is concentrated in a small number of centers globally. Through our remote intervention program and AI-enabled planning on Epione, our goal is to continue to extend access to cancer care for patients everywhere”.

"I performed the first Epione procedure in the United States three years ago, and robotic assistance is now a routine part of how I plan and perform percutaneous ablations. The next barrier is geography. Remote trajectory planning and results assessment are a practical first step toward putting this level of care within reach of patients far from specialized centers - that is what I will present at SRS," said Govindarajan Narayanan, MD, FSIR, Professor of Radiology & Chief of Interventional Oncology.

Sessions

Epione expert users Dr. Sean Tutton and Dr. Govindarajan Narayanan will share their feedback in two sessions:

1. Dr. Sean Tutton: Orthopedics: Image-Guided Robotic Ablation for MSK Tumor Ablation1
Thu Jul 23 · 4:36-4:45 PM · Diplomat 1

2. Dr. Govindarajan Narayanan: Quantum Surgical: Telesurgical Platform for Percutaneous Procedures
Sun Jul 26 · 11:50-12:00 PM · Location 303

Precision IO CEO and medtech leader Kurt Azarbarzin will take part in the following session:

1. Investor Session: Innovative Robotic Technologies
Wed Jul 22 · 10:45-11:15 AM · Diplomat 1-2

Precision IO will be present at SRS on booth #325.

1 In the United States, use of the Epione platform for musculoskeletal (MSK) applications, including bone, is investigational and has not been cleared by the FDA. MSK use is being studied in the pelvis and spine as part of an ongoing Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) clinical study (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT07325578).
