The transaction marks Certerra’s fifth acquisition of 2026, further strengthening its presence throughout the Southeast.

Founded in 2022, Skyrise Engineering and Testing has grown into one of South Florida's most trusted names in geotechnical and materials testing. Led by engineers Eric Stern and Richard Fesdjian, the Company’s core services include geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, specialty inspections, monitoring & condition assessment services, and environmental consulting.
