INDIANAPOLIS: AllPaid announced the launch of AllPaid Assistant on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, advancing the company’s commitment to delivering a simpler, more intuitive consumer experience across government payments.

Consumers have grown accustomed to getting answers immediately. They check a balance, track an order or move money without making a phone call, creating an expectation that increasingly extends to interactions with government.

AllPaid Assistant brings that experience to government payments.

Powered by Snowflake, the new capability allows citizens to look up a payment and ask questions in plain language, with no account to create. Whether they want to know if a payment posted, why a service fee applies, what happens next or where a refund stands, AllPaid Assistant provides answers based on their actual transaction.

“The way consumers expect to interact with technology has fundamentally changed, and government payments shouldn’t be the exception,” said Dave LeJeune, Chief Technology Officer at AllPaid. “We’re investing in experiences that are simpler, faster and more intuitive for the people making payments, while maintaining the security and reliability our agency partners depend on. AllPaid Assistant is an important step in how we’re evolving that experience.”

By leveraging the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, AllPaid is joining Snowflake in mobilizing the world’s data to help government agencies serve citizens faster. AllPaid has created a secure foundation that allows a payer’s question to resolve against their own verified transaction data. A payer can ask a question in plain language and receive an answer based on their actual payment, not a canned response, while maintaining the security and controls agencies expect from AllPaid.

AllPaid Assistant is part of a broader investment in the end-to-end consumer experience. The company is looking at every part of the payment journey through the eyes of the consumer, from how easily someone can make a payment to how quickly they can understand what happened, get help and know what to do next.

That investment also includes the launch of support.allpaid.com, a single front door for payers and AllPaid’s partnering agencies, with a searchable knowledge base and direct ticket submission for both. Payer and website assistance also remains available 24 hours a day at 1-888-604-7888.

“For nearly three decades, government agencies have trusted AllPaid to help them serve the people who rely on them,” said Debby Dengel, VP, Operations at AllPaid. “We’re building on that foundation by looking at every part of the experience through the eyes of the consumer. Can they make their payment easily? Can they understand what happens next? Can they get an answer when they need one? AllPaid Assistant and our new support experience reflect a broader commitment to make every interaction with AllPaid easier, clearer and more responsive.”
