Promotions across revenue, technology, client experience, product and quality engineering position KlariVis for continued growth

ROANOKE, Va.: KlariVis, the leading data intelligence platform built for financial institutions, today announced seven promotions across the company, including four senior leadership appointments spanning revenue, technology, platform operations, and client experience.

Amber Robinson has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, Greg Stinson to Chief Information Officer, Matt Thomason to Vice President, DevOps and QA, and Rhonda Coman to Vice President, Client Experience. KlariVis also promoted Amy Kelley to Principal Domain Knowledge Product Manager, Madhuri Lashkari to Senior QA Engineer, and Janet Grimsley to Senior Implementation Project Manager.

Robinson joined KlariVis in 2021 and most recently served as EVP of Sales and Marketing, leading sales, marketing, events, and revenue operations. Her promotion to Chief Revenue Officer reflects her role in shaping KlariVis’ growth strategy and bringing the company’s go-to-market efforts together around how KlariVis reaches, engages, and grows its market.

“From the day I joined KlariVis, I knew we had an opportunity to transform how community banks leverage data to drive better decisions. Watching our product, our people, and our customer community grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career,” said Robinson. “Now, we’re entering an exciting new era. As AI accelerates what’s possible, we have an incredible opportunity to build on our foundation and deliver even greater value to the banks we serve. I’m energized by what’s ahead and honored to help lead KlariVis into this next phase of innovation, growth, and impact.”

Stinson joined KlariVis in 2020 and most recently served as VP of Information Security and Technology. His promotion to Chief Information Officer reflects the increasingly strategic role technology, security, and AI governance play as KlariVis continues to grow and innovate. In addition to leading enterprise technology and information security strategy, Stinson is responsible for evaluating AI solutions used across KlariVis and within its product, ensuring new technologies meet the company’s standards for security, governance, and responsible use.

“Security and trust are foundational to everything we do at KlariVis,” said Stinson. “Financial institutions entrust us with one of their most valuable assets, their data, and I take that responsibility seriously. AI is creating tremendous opportunity, both in how we operate as a company and in what we can deliver through our platform. My role is to help ensure we pursue that opportunity thoughtfully, with the right security, governance, and discipline around how AI is evaluated and deployed. Innovation and trust have to move forward together.”

Thomason, who also joined KlariVis in 2020, has been promoted to Vice President, DevOps and QA. He leads the teams and strategy responsible for the reliability, infrastructure, and quality engineering behind the KlariVis platform. His responsibilities span cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, deployment and release management, test automation, and the processes that enable KlariVis to increase the pace of innovation while maintaining the stability and quality its clients expect. As the platform continues to scale, Thomason will lead investments in automation, infrastructure, and operational practices designed to improve delivery velocity and system resilience.

Coman has been promoted to Vice President, Client Experience, with responsibility for leading and scaling the client experience at KlariVis. In her expanded role, she oversees Client Success and Implementation, with a focus on driving adoption, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring financial institutions realize measurable value from their investment in KlariVis. She will also lead the continued development of scalable onboarding, training, and client success practices as KlariVis’ client community continues to grow.

KlariVis also announced three additional promotions recognizing expanded responsibility and impact across product, quality assurance, and implementation:

  • Amy Kelley, Principal Domain Knowledge Product Manager
  • Madhuri Lashkari, Senior QA Engineer
  • Janet Grimsley, Senior Implementation Project Manager

“Some of the most rewarding moments for me as a founder are watching people grow right alongside the company,” said Kim Snyder, CEO and Founder of KlariVis. “Amber, Greg, Matt, Rhonda, Amy, Madhuri and Janet have each helped build the KlariVis our clients know today. As we grow, our clients should expect more from us, not less. These promotions reflect the leadership and talent we’re continuing to build across KlariVis so we can keep raising that bar.”
