DALLAS: EP Technology Group LLC (“EPTG”), a provider of comprehensive business technology solutions, and JBI Technologies, Inc. (“JBI”), a technology and services firm specializing in the hospitality industry, today announced that the companies have joined forces. The combination brings together two experienced technology teams with complementary capabilities and a shared commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality service to customers.

For more than 25 years, JBI has been a trusted technology partner to the hospitality industry, supporting properties associated with major hotel brands and building lasting relationships throughout the industry.

EPTG brings a broad technology background serving customers across a variety of industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, and professional sports, where its teams have supported the technology infrastructure of major stadium and venue environments. This experience is complemented by EPTG's strong focus on cybersecurity, managed technology services, and network infrastructure.

“EPTG shares our belief that technology service starts with understanding the customer and being there when they need us,” said Jerry Balousek, President of JBI. “Joining forces gives us the opportunity to continue delivering the personal service and hospitality expertise our customers have come to expect from JBI while adding capabilities and resources that will help us serve our customers even better.”

The combination gives JBI customers access to EPTG's broader in-house capabilities, including a dedicated structured cabling and infrastructure division with low voltage design and CAD services, as well as full-stack software development, and AI integration capabilities. Together, these resources allow the organizations to address a wider range of technology needs, from the physical infrastructure connecting a facility, to the software, cybersecurity, and intelligent systems supporting its operations.

"What JBI has built over the past 25 years is something we greatly respect," said Luciano Aguayo, President of EPTG. "They bring tremendous hospitality experience and relationships that have been built over decades. Where EPTG brings additional resources and capabilities that complement that foundation. Together, we have an opportunity to provide customers with a much broader technology resource while preserving the relationships and service that have made JBI and its customers successful."

For JBI customers and partners, the focus remains on continuity and growth. JBI will continue serving its customers through the familiar team, relationships, and operations they know today, now supported by the broader resources and capabilities of EPTG, with Jerry Balousek continuing in his leadership role.

Together, JBI and EPTG are positioned to expand their reach, strengthen their services, and help customers navigate an increasingly connected, secure, and advanced technology environment.
