SAN JOSE, Calif.: WeBox, the workplace commerce platform serving businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area, recently announced the expansion of its fully managed Office Pantry service, combining procurement, delivery, inventory management, replenishment and equipment support through one platform.
Since launching the service in July 2026, WeBox has signed more than 20 corporate customers, demonstrating growing demand for flexible, fully managed workplace pantry programs. The service combines products from familiar national retailers with locally sourced seasonal options.
One Pantry Program, Multiple Sources
Unlike traditional pantry providers with fixed catalogs, WeBox sources products from multiple major retailers and specialty suppliers, including Costco, Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Sprouts, as well as local and Asian specialty markets.
Companies can access more than 1,000 pantry selections, including snacks, beverages, fresh food, coffee and workplace essentials, along with more than 30 fresh fruit options.
Fully Managed Inventory and Replenishment
WeBox manages ongoing procurement, delivery and restocking based on workplace needs. Companies can set budgets and purchasing preferences while WeBox handles the operational work.
The service supports inventory monitoring and automated replenishment, reducing the need for workplace teams to repeatedly track inventory, place multiple orders and coordinate deliveries from different vendors.
Beyond Snacks: Equipment Support
WeBox also offers more than 100 equipment options, including coffee machines, water dispensers, refrigerators, ice makers and other workplace equipment.
This enables companies to manage pantry supplies, equipment and replenishment through one service instead of coordinating multiple vendors.
Built for the Modern Workplace
As companies adapt to changing office environments and employee attendance patterns, workplace food programs need greater flexibility.
WeBox’s managed pantry model is designed for companies seeking a fully supported workplace pantry without the daily operational burden of procurement and replenishment.
The service is available across the San Francisco Bay Area, alongside WeBox’s existing Box Meal and Corporate Catering services.
