Masterclass will explore how enterprises can govern a growing mix of AI tools, platforms and agents without creating new silos
NEW YORK: WSJ Technology Council Summit--Citrix, a Cloud Software Group company, shared that Hector Lima, Citrix co-president and chief revenue officer, will speak at the WSJ Technology Council Summit in New York on Monday, Sept. 14.
Lima will join technology executives from Erie Insurance and Omnicom for “The Multi-AI Pressure Cooker: Commanding the Chaos,” a masterclass moderated by Artem Fishman, chief technology officer at Dow Jones.
The discussion will examine how organizations can direct a workforce of people and AI agents across a growing mix of platforms while maintaining flexibility, security and control. Panelists will share practical perspectives on moving AI from experimentation to business value, governing cross-platform activity and adopting AI without creating new technology silos or rebuilding existing infrastructure.
“Most organizations are already operating as multi-AI enterprises, whether they planned it or not,” said Lima. “The organizations best positioned to succeed and unlock meaningful business value will be adaptive enterprises that can leverage existing infrastructure to maintain security, flexibility and control in their new AI deployments.”
Hosted by the WSJ Leadership Institute, a premium executive learning and leadership program from Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, the WSJ Technology Council Summit convenes the world’s leading enterprise technology executives for exclusive discussions twice a year. This year’s September summit focuses on enterprise AI deployment with 2026 seeing accelerated journeys from experimentation to value across many companies. The summit will explore topics such as how technology leaders can control cost, value and productivity and ROI when the economics of AI are still evolving; balancing CEO demand for rapid AI rollout against the need for modernization of legacy systems; and mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with the latest frontier models and operationalizing agentic defense. Citrix is a contributing sponsor of this year’s summit.
