Adobe, Elsevier, Calix, Paycom and Teleperformance lead 2026 rankings based on anonymous employee feedback about workplace experience

VANCOUVER, Wash.: Comparably, a ZoomInfo company and leading employee review platform for workplace culture and compensation, announced the winners of its 2026 Best Happiness, Best Work Life Balance and Best Perks & Benefits awards.

The awards recognize organizations that employees rate highest across key aspects of the workplace experience, including overall happiness, work life balance, compensation, benefits and workplace culture.

Calix claimed the No. 1 ranking for Best Happiness among large companies in 2026, while Elsevier earned the top spot for Best Work Life Balance. Adobe ranked No. 1 for Best Perks & Benefits.

Several companies appeared across multiple lists, including Teleperformance, Elsevier, Calix, RingCentral, Paycom, ADP and NETSCOUT, reflecting strong employee sentiment across multiple dimensions of the workplace experience.

With more than 20 million ratings across 70,000 companies, Comparably’s annual rankings provide insights into workplace satisfaction and employee experience across industries and company sizes. The awards are based on anonymous employee feedback provided on Comparably.com over the past 12 months.
