NEW YORK: DualEntry has launched a native, two-way integration with Expensify, bringing expenses, corporate card spend, reimbursements, and accounting data into one connected workflow.
Finance teams using both platforms can now connect Expensify directly to DualEntry and keep data synced automatically, without exporting CSVs or manually re-entering transactions.
With the integration:
The integration is also designed for multi-entity finance teams. Companies can select the relevant DualEntry subsidiary when connecting Expensify, helping ensure expenses and card spend flow into the right entity and accounts.
“Most teams can't close until the expense reports come in, and then someone has to re-key them,” said Santiago Nestares, cofounder of DualEntry. “Now, those expenses land in DualEntry already coded to the right department and project. That's one less thing standing between our customers and a daily close.”
Expensify is used by more than 15 million people worldwide for expenses, travel, and corporate cards. The new integration brings that expense-management workflow directly into DualEntry’s AI-native ERP.
The DualEntry and Expensify integration is available now.
