Ilanko brings extensive experience to the organization and a distinguished track record in building $1B+ businesses through digital transformation on a global scale.

As Ilanko transitions into the CEO role, Venkat Thumula will assume the position of Executive Chairman in early 2024. “Ilanko's leadership will aid our growth while upholding our commitment to providing value and transformation for our clients. Ilanko most recently served as a senior advisor at McKinsey after holding an illustrious 26-year tenure at Cognizant, where he played an essential role on their executive leadership team. While at Cognizant, Ilanko spearheaded digital transformation across healthcare, life sciences, retail, and other industries, and introduced innovative AI-based application modernization platforms. He was pivotal in building Cognizant's healthcare practice for 16 years, with a focus on payers, providers, and state healthcare entities, leveraging digital technologies and cultivating one of the fastest-growing business units.
