New digital assistant provides value by democratizing the power of process mining
SANTA BARBARA, Calif.: QAD Inc., a leading provider of next-generation manufacturing and supply chain solutions in the cloud, has introduced Miny, a digital assistant that pioneers user ease and efficiency inside QAD’s process mining solution, QAD Process Intelligence.
Miny is a generative AI that is trained on a private and secure version of OpenAI’s GPT-4. It can engage in conversations around process mining, respond to “common language” questions around key concepts, system navigation, and even summarize insights that QAD Process Intelligence has revealed about monitored business processes.
This enables business process experts (not just the Digital Transformation Center of Excellence) to learn from QAD Process Intelligence without struggling against the conventional burdens of upskilling the workforce for AI. This is more than user accessible AI, it is unprecedented insight across the organization.
“Miny is a game-changer for process mining,” said François Arnaud, Director of Engineering at QAD. “It makes process mining more accessible and easier to use, which means that more people can benefit from its insights. We’re excited to introduce Miny to our customers and see how it helps them improve their business processes.”
