ShopFully, the European leader in Drive to Store connecting millions of shoppers with local in-store sales, announces the acquisition of Ofertia’s website and app. Ofertia is the Spanish marketplace launched in 2011 that aggregates offers and promotions from a wide range of retailers and brands across industries, including supermarkets, consumer electronics and do-it-yourself.

Thanks to this strategic investment, ShopFully further expands its audience in Spain, Mexico, and Colombia, where Ofertia alone reaches up to 4 million users who are looking for deals.

This move follows the 2022 acquisition by ShopFully of another Spanish player, Tiendeo, confirming the company’s commitment to grow in the region. ShopFully is already present in 25 countries across Europe, Australia and Latin America and, with his 900 units workforce, helps more than 500 top retailers and brands reach more than 200 million users online.

With the integration of Ofertia, ShopFully can now offer its partners an additional asset to support their digital transformation in Spain, Mexico and Colombia, at a pivotal moment when digital is finally becoming the key media platform to drive sales in local stores.

Stefano Portu, Founder and CEO at ShopFully, comments: "We are thrilled to integrate Ofertia among our proprietary marketplaces. This provides our clients with another strategic touchpoint to connect with consumers across the entire purchasing journey, from initial online research to the ultimate in-store shopping experience."

Born in 2012 as DoveConviene from an idea of Stefano Portu, the startup becomes immediatly international with the launch in Australia, in 2019 DoveConviene is cited as the European fastest-growing company by The Financial Times. The year after, DoveConviene becomes ShopFully and, in 2020, starts the acquisitions of PromoQui e VolantinoFacile. After the acquisition of the Spanish company Tiendeo in 2022, in 2023 ShopFully join forces with MEDIA Central Group.
