Italian AI company Neuraltech is now part of SMEUP Group, in a synergy that aims "to become one of the leading players in Italy in the field of AI applied to businesses", the company explains. Neuraltech's main product is Userbot.AI, a Generative AI solution launched in 2017 and based on a patented AI technology that can understand human language and automate business-to-human conversations and business processes in many scenarios.

"Userbot.AI has a real experience in bringing Generative AI to Italian companies. In this field, seven years of activity is a huge expertise. Joining SMEUP, and thanks to joint financial and technological investments, we started an important growth path that allows us to extend the products our customers can integrate, to optimise their customer experience and meet their increasingly articulated business needs", says Gionata Fiorentini, CEO of Neuraltech.

Userbot.AI has been implemented in many different use cases, ranging from commercial and administrative processes to systems management and production. Neuraltech's technologies can power text and voice chatbots, digital humans, document management tools and many other solutions that can be easily integrated with pre-existing processes and environments. Thanks to this versatility, Userbot.AI has been adopted by many companies and organizations, especially in the PA, Retail, Pharma, Finance, Manufaturing sectors.

Neuraltech is now working to extend Userbot.AI capabilities for Manufacturing applications. Userbot.AI can be implemented on production lines as a "digital human" that supports operators in real time, giving them actionable information about, among others, tools and machine handling or safety and emergency procedures. Chatbot's continuous learning, based on experience and human colleagues' feedback, improves its conversational capabilities, in order to offer a more accurate and efficient service over time.
