The Fiven brand expresses how much the company has changed in these years, but still with a firm focus on innovation
After more than 20 years in the market, Citel Group has chosen a new name: Fiven. The new brand is the mix between “future” and “driven”, to underline the company's vocation for innovation.
Citel Group was founded more than twenty years ago, operating in the Telco & Utility markets. In 2007, the company began its international growth opening an office in Brazil. In the following years, Citel Group broadened its offering addressing new industries and lines of business, growing organically and through acquisitions.
In the last two years, Citel acquired Competence & Digital, a boutique design management firm based in Milan, and a controlling stake in Allos, specialized in human capital management applications. These two acquisitions led to a further expansion of Citel’s range of action and, in the end, to a new identity now summarized by the Fiven brand.Left to right: Gianluca Viola (M&A, Planning and control Fiven), Diego D’Angelo (CO-CEO Fiven), Valerio D’Angelo (CEO Fiven), Matteo Facchi (Head of Design Management) e Alessandro Ilarda (Chief Digital Officer).
“In the last years we have changed a lot and quickly, and we needed a new brand to better represent our new positioning... while continuing to strengthen ourselves as a strategic partner of our customers, both nationally and internationally", said Valerio D'Angelo, CEO of Fiven.
Currently, Fiven employs more than 400 professionals in 8 locations around the world (six in Italy, two in Brasil). Its activities are organized in five macro-categories of digital services: Fiven Flow (creativity and digital innovation), Fiven Genius (AI and cloud), Fiven Bit (IT technology services), Fiven Touch (HCM, change management), Fiven Bravo (quality assurance and testing automation).
