Banking intelligence company's investment in its people drives a culture of performance and retention.
ROANOKE, Va.: KlariVis, the leading data intelligence platform built for financial institutions, has been named one of American Banker's 2026 Best Places to Work in Fintech for the fourth year in a row.
The recognition, organized by Arizent, parent company of American Banker, and Best Companies Group, is determined through a two-part process: an evaluation of each company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics, followed by a direct employee survey measuring the day-to-day experience of the people doing the work.
"Four years on this list tells me that what we have built here is real," said Kim Snyder, CEO and founder of KlariVis. "We have always believed that if we take care of our people, they will take care of our clients. Every recognition like this one reflects the work of a team that shows up for each other and for the banks we serve."
Consecutively appearing on this list four years in a row reflects a deliberate investment in people. KlariVis runs a peer-nominated recognition program, regularly brings its distributed team together in person, and has consistently promoted from within as the company has grown.
"Each year, the Best Places to Work in Financial Technology offers a glimpse into the workplace practices of fintechs whose employees rate them highly," said Penny Crosman, Executive Editor of Technology at American Banker. "This year, employees appear to value remote work, schedule flexibility and autonomy above all else, at a time when many traditional financial firms are enforcing strict return-to-work policies."
This recognition adds to a growing record of acknowledgment for KlariVis. The company has appeared on the Inc. 5000 and been named an Inc. Power Partner for two consecutive years each, and was recognized as one of Virginia Business Magazine's Best Places to Work in Virginia for the second consecutive year in 2026. Snyder was also named to Inc.'s Female Founders 500 in 2025.
