AUSTIN, Texas: Scorability today announced the addition of Garrett Sparling as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and Allan Keller as Vice President of Engineering, as the company continues investing in the people, technology, and operational infrastructure needed to support rapid growth.

Coaches, athletes, parents, and camp operators increasingly depend on the company's technology. Following the successful launch of several new products, plus the integration of the Ryzer camp business, more than 4,500 college athletics programs now rely on Scorability to support recruiting. In addition, Scorability serves more than 1.2 million athletes annually and powers over 27,000 camps across the country.

The additions of Sparling and Keller are part of Scorability’s investment across its engineering, operations, and customer success teams to ensure it continues delivering the innovation, reliability, and service that have fueled its growth. Both Sparling and Keller will play crucial roles in giving coaches better tools to find the right athletes and athletes better opportunities to find the right programs.

"Trust has been a huge part of our growth story, and it's something we work every day to earn," said Brian Cruver, CEO and Co-Founder of Scorability. "When more coaches, athletes, and families are counting on you every day, you don't wait until you're stretched thin-you invest ahead of the need. Garrett and Allan have built exceptional software companies, and they'll help Scorability continue to deliver the experience our customers expect."

Garrett Sparling – CFO & COO

Sparling joins Scorability as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive experience helping high-growth software companies scale operations through periods of rapid expansion.

Prior to joining Scorability, Sparling served on the executive team at AlertMedia, where he worked alongside Cruver and Scorability Co-Founder Brett Andrew to help build one of the country’s fastest-growing software companies. At Scorability, he will oversee the company's financial strategy and operational execution while building the foundation needed to support continued growth without losing the customer focus that has defined the business.

Allan Keller – VP of Engineering

Keller joins Scorability as Vice President of Engineering following his role as VP of Engineering at PRISM.FM, a leading live music management SaaS platform. Under Keller's leadership, Scorability's engineering team will accelerate the delivery of new products and capabilities while ensuring the platform continues to perform reliably and scale as millions of athlete interactions, coach decisions, and athlete data flow through the platform each year.

"These investments reflect our long-term commitment to the coaches, athletes, and families who trust us," said Andrew. "Scorability has become college sports recruiting for so many people, and we’re committed to serving them to the highest degree.”
