Mortgage Cadence Platform lenders can now print, mail and ship loan documents by FedEx or UPS, and track delivery, without leaving their loan origination workflow.
DALLAS: Outamation, a mortgage operations technology company, today announced that OutamateComms is now integrated with the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP). Mortgage Cadence serves banks, credit unions and independent mortgage bankers.
With the integration, lenders send documents from MCP to OutamateComms for secure printing, mailing and shipping.
Key capabilities include:
“Lenders want fewer manual steps between a finished document and the borrower,” said Jim Rosen, Chief Product Officer at Mortgage Cadence. “OutamateComms gives MCP customers secure print, ship and track inside the workflow they already use. Not every document needs the speed and immediacy of eDelivery, and this solution provides security, efficiency and compliance to lenders on MCP.”
“We built OutamateComms to connect to the systems and carriers lenders already rely on,” said Devang Kamdar, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Outamation. “Documents flow from MCP into a single platform that manages FedEx, UPS and USPS IMb delivery. It tracks every carrier SLA and captures the service credits owed by the carrier.”
The integration is available now. Lenders interested in learning more can contact Outamation or their Mortgage Cadence account team.
