AURORA, Ill.: Simplify Healthcare, a leading provider of enterprise SaaS solutions to Payers, announced today that it has achieved ISO 27001, 27701, and 22301 certifications. These internationally recognized standards affirm the company's dedication to information security, data privacy, and business continuity.

ISO 27001 sets the benchmark for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS). ISO 27701 extends this framework to include privacy information management, ensuring robust data protection measures (PIMS). ISO 22301 focuses on business continuity management, enabling organizations to respond effectively to disruptive incidents and maintain critical operations (BCMS).

"Achieving these certifications underscores our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our clients' data, ensuring the resilience of our services, and reinforcing trust at every level of our operations," said Mohammed Vaid, CEO and Chief Solution Architect at Simplify Healthcare. "In an era of evolving cyber threats, adhering to these rigorous standards validates our proactive approach to security, privacy, and business continuity, while supporting clients in highly regulated environments where operational resilience and data protection are paramount."

The certification process involved a comprehensive evaluation of Simplify Healthcare's information security policies, risk management strategies, and business continuity plans. By meeting the stringent requirements of ISO 27001, 27701, and 22301, Simplify Healthcare demonstrates its proactive approach to mitigating risks and its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

This achievement complements Simplify Healthcare's existing compliance credentials, including the SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 audits completed in January 2022, HIPAA [AUP] Compliance completed in May 2024, and the HITRUST Risk-based, 2-year certification obtained in March 2023.

"These certifications are a testament to our unwavering focus on building a robust security infrastructure that protects our clients' data and operations," said Sushrut Joshi, Chief Information Security Officer at Simplify Healthcare. "In a landscape of ever-evolving threats, we remain steadfast in implementing advanced measures that ensure the integrity, reliability, and compliance of our solutions."

Simplify Healthcare remains committed to continuous improvement and will undergo regular audits to ensure compliance with these standards.
