ST. LOUIS: KnowledgeLake, a leader in AI-powered automation and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with OMG, LLC a veteran-owned provider of managed mailroom and print services. Together, the companies will bring AI-driven automation to enterprise mailrooms, eliminating manual inefficiencies and accelerating the digitization and routing of inbound mail.

Through this partnership, OMG Services will integrate KnowledgeLake’s intelligent capture technology into its UbiMAIL® solution, now rebranded as UbiMAIL® powered by KnowledgeLake. This next-generation mailroom automation platform will help large enterprises, healthcare providers, and Fortune 500 companies streamline their physical mail processing, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

“This partnership enables enterprises to modernize their mailrooms, ensuring documents are digitized, categorized, and routed instantly to the right recipients,” said Tony Fink, President at OMG, LLC. “With KnowledgeLake, we can now automate the entire process—from digitizing physical mail to intelligent routing—eliminating inefficiencies and enabling organizations to accelerate their workflows.”

Revolutionizing Mailroom Operations with AI

For decades, enterprise mailrooms have been burdened by time-consuming manual processes, including sorting and distributing physical mail. UbiMAIL® powered by KnowledgeLake automates these tasks, allowing organizations to:

  • Digitize physical mail upon receipt, eliminating the need for manual sorting
  • Use AI to identify recipients and route documents instantly
  • Reduce reliance on couriers and physical storage
  • Enhance compliance and security with digital tracking.

UbiMAIL® easily captures and categorizes incoming mail, using AI to extract key information and route it to the correct recipient electronically. This automation significantly reduces reliance on physical distribution, cutting costs and eliminating courier runs, particularly for large-scale enterprises that manage vast amounts of inbound documents across multiple facilities.

OMG, LLC is partnering with KnowledgeLake due to its superior AI capabilities, seamless downstream integration, and ease of administration. “KnowledgeLake’s AI-powered intelligent capture is best of breed in the market, offering better automation and more sophisticated document processing,” Fink added.

“This collaboration is about unlocking the future of digital mailroom operations,” said Ron Cameron, CEO of KnowledgeLake. “By combining OMG’s deep expertise in enterprise mail services with our industry-leading intelligent capture, we are delivering a game-changing solution that drives efficiency, compliance, and security for our customers.”
