SHARON HILL, Pa.: #340B--Nuvem, a leading tech-enabled pharmacy service for community health providers, today announced the addition of four seasoned executives to its leadership team. The hires reflect Nuvem’s commitment to delivering a unified, service-centered experience that helps to simplify pharmacy operations and strengthen community health providers’ ability to fuel their mission purpose while funding progress.

Strategic Growth Backed by Expertise

Founded in 2013 as 340 Basics, Nuvem rebranded in 2023 to reflect its broader mission and modernized offering. The company has served hundreds of community health centers, FQHCs, and Ryan White clinics nationwide.

Over the past few years, Nuvem has made multiple acquisitions—expanding its capabilities across implementation, regulatory support, data analytics, and in-house pharmacy operations. These moves position Nuvem as a comprehensive partner for health centers looking to reduce contract pharmacy dependency, improve visibility, and unlock financial and clinical value from their pharmacy programs.

  • Brenda Barry, Chief Customer Officer (CCO)
    Brenda joins as Nuvem’s first CCO, bringing decades of outcomes-focused experience leading customer success, customer support, pharmacy operations, training, and field enablement at Omnicell, Aesynt, and McKesson. She will oversee efforts to streamline and unify the customer experience—ensuring that every interaction supports operational ease, mission fulfillment, and long-term growth.

  • Vaughn Kinosian, R.Ph., SVP of Enterprise Pharmacy Operations
    A seasoned pharmacy executive and former leader at ReCept, Omnicell and CVS Health, Vaughn will lead the design and execution of in-house pharmacy programs. Vaughn’s strategic and operational expertise will ensure Nuvem clients benefit from efficient onboarding, regulatory confidence, and a pharmacy model purpose-built to expand access, improve outcomes, and generate sustainable margin.

    Most recently Global VP of Marketing at Omnicell, Dennis brings more than a decade of experience shaping go-to-market strategy in healthcare technology.
