Smart Intake is receiving its third update this year with the addition of AI-powered questionnaires that build personalized organizers for each client using data already stored in Canopy. The system predicts which documents and answers are needed, pre-fills known information, and automatically matches and renames uploaded files. Or firms can digitize an organizer provided by their tax software, complete with conditional logic and a dynamic, built in real-time document checklist. The all-new Engagements brings a modern, brandable proposal experience right into Canopy. Firms can include welcome videos, brochures, and sleek templates-no third-party tools required. An ever-present preview shows exactly what clients will see, cutting out test sends and confusion. And with tiered package options coming this fall, firms can offer clients more choice while capturing more value from every engagement.
