AUSTIN, Texas: #AI--Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, announces that Chris Cox, its Chief Technology and Digital Officer, was recognized by HousingWire (HW) as a 2025 Tech Trendsetter, honoring the top technology leaders driving innovation across the housing industry.

“Chris is proving that when you put technology in the hands of entrepreneurs and build it with them, not for them, you change the trajectory of their businesses,” said Chris Czarnecki, CEO and President, KW. “His leadership is helping KW-affiliated agents turn innovation into impact. That’s how you win in a fast-changing industry.”

In its seventh year, the HW Tech Trendsetters program celebrates the individual leaders behind the technology that is transforming how housing professionals work, connect, and serve their customers.

In 2025, Cox and his team of technologists spearheaded the deployment of KW’s flagship enterprise relationship with Canva, the world’s only all-in-one visual communication platform, which provides all KW-affiliated agents with enhanced access to Canva’s industry-leading design platform to elevate marketing at scale.

Since the Q3 ’25 launch, KW-affiliated agents have leveraged its flagship enterprise platform with Canva to create over 248,000 designs and publish 203,000 marketing assets to power their businesses’ lead generation efforts.

“Our mission is to simplify technology so agents can focus on what matters most, building relationships and thriving businesses,” said Cox. “This recognition is a testament to the incredible collaboration and innovation happening across our entire KW technology team.”

Since joining KW in 2021, Cox has led a team of engineers, product leaders, designers, and data scientists working with agents through KW Labs, delivering continuous innovation across the KW ecosystem.

In 2025, his team advanced KW’s premier technology suite with quarterly enhancements to Command®, a smart CRM-plus platform; KW Connect, the LMS-plus platform; and KWIQ, the company’s generative AI-powered real estate assistant.
