A security-first AI Chief of Staff designed to eliminate managerial drag while protecting organizational data

ATLANTA: Huper Corporation today announced it has raised $1.5 million in pre-seed funding, backed by Nadia Partners, Link Ventures, and Jim Brown of Long Ridge Equity Partners, to build a security-first AI Chief of Staff, designed to go beyond more dashboards and chatbots to help leaders run their organizations with clarity, accountability, and trust.

Huper is an always-on AI system that securely gathers and synthesizes information across emails, messaging platforms, CRM tools and other core workflows to generate real-time status updates, track execution, and surface decisions that require leadership. Unlike generic productivity tools that simply scrape data for surface-level summaries, Huper is powered by a proprietary AI Brain that continuously contextualizes information against specific goals and history. This allows the system to act as a digital Chief of Staff, delivering the strategic output of a seasoned executive.

Huper is built on enterprise-grade security architecture, including bring-your-own-key (BYOK) encryption, role-based access controls, and customizable data governance policies that let each organization define exactly what data is processed, who can see it, and how it's stored. Huper will begin with an invitation-only alpha launch on April 15th and will be publicly available this fall.

“Every leader I've ever worked with has the same problem – they spend their best hours chasing status updates instead of actually leading their businesses,” said Michael Anton, CEO and co-founder of Huper. “We built Huper to fix that. Not another dashboard, not another chatbot. A chief of staff that knows what's happening across your entire organization and tells you what needs your attention before you have to ask.”

In most organizations, critical information is scattered across emails, meetings, and chats, forcing leaders to rely on incomplete updates and gut instinct. This fragmentation isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s a massive drain on resources. IDC Research shows that managers spend 9.3 hours weekly just searching for information, while McKinsey & Company found they lose an average of 25% of their time to administrative tasks.

When leaders are buried in these manual follow-ups, decisions surface late and risks are discovered after the fact. The global impact is staggering: Gallup’s 2025 State of the Global Workplace report estimates a $438 billion annual productivity loss from management inefficiency. As a result, leaders spend their time coordinating work instead of leading it. Huper’s platform fixes this by augmenting human decision-making, letting the system gather the facts while leaders make the decisions.

"I am so excited about Huper, my own life has been transformed,” said Aidan Kehoe, co-founder of Huper. “I now have all things I care about managed in a single platform. I don't need to prompt it, it prompts me, which means I get back the one thing money can't buy, TIME.”

Huper’s founding team brings deep executional and executive experience in enterprise software and security, with decades of leadership across the sector.

Michael Anton, CEO and co-founder, has spent over a decade building enterprise products across cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and payments, including product leadership roles at Kudelski Security and First Data Corporation. He founded Huper to solve the operational bottleneck he experienced firsthand as a leader scaling teams across multiple organizations.

Andrew Howard, Chairman and co-founder, is a seasoned enterprise technology executive who led Kudelski Security as CEO and CTO, scaling it into a global cybersecurity operation. A former Laboratory Director at Georgia Tech and consultant at PwC, Howard brings rare depth across both the technical and business sides of enterprise software. He currently serves as co-founder and CEO of Lockchain AI.

Aidan Kehoe, co-founder, is a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits, including SKOUT Cybersecurity, which was acquired by Barracuda Networks, and Oxford Global, acquired by Willis Towers Watson. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Nadia Partners and serves as co-founder and Executive Chairman of Lockchain AI.

With operational excellence, deep-seeded understanding of the industry, and an intimate POV on achieving success, Huper is uniquely set up to provide a best-in-class platform.
