SAN RAMON, Calif.: Reputation, the global leader in reputation intelligence, today announced the recipients of its 2026 800 and 900 Awards, recognizing business locations that achieved outstanding Reputation Scores over the past year.

An elite 3% of Reputation-powered locations earned a score of 900 or higher, placing them among the highest-performing businesses in the network and giving them a measurable advantage as AI reshapes search visibility.

The Reputation Score is a proprietary metric that measures review sentiment, volume, recency, response rate, and engagement, along with listings accuracy, search impressions, and overall brand health. Locations that achieve a score of 800 or above demonstrate consistent excellence in managing customer feedback and maintaining a strong online presence – strengthening the trust signals that increasingly influence how businesses are found and evaluated in AI-driven search experiences.

The 900 Award recognizes an elite tier of performance. In 2026, approximately 44,000 locations qualified for the 800 Award, while less than 3% achieved the 900 distinction.
