The agreement was officially signed on March 6, 2026.

This acquisition aims to integrate GOQORO’s advanced AI, IoT, and robotics/automation technologies with the extensive service infrastructure of +Style. Beyond simple device control, GOQORO plans to fuse sophisticated AI solutions and robotics into the smart home ecosystem.
